We ship all orders with as minimal packaging as possible.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within
14 days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you.
For orders within the European Union and Switzerland, we will refund the product price.
To return an item, simply follow these steps:
- Send us an E-Mail: Including your Order Number, Name of the product you want to return/exchange and tell us the reason for your return.
- Wait for approval: Once your return request was processed and approved, you will receive an email with return instructions.
- Buy a shipping label: In the confirmation email, you will be instructed to buy a shipping label. Note that the responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that the return shipment is insured and traceable. To ensure it arrives safely and in time, please add any necessary customs documents.
- Prepare your return: Make sure the items you want to return are unworn, unwashed and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags for a full refund. Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package.
- Return and track: Return your order and track it to make sure it arrives at our warehouse.
- Wait for refund: Once we've received the returned items, we will examine them and start your refund process. If you followed the return instructions correctly, the product price will be refunded to your original payment method.
